There are a few daily known problems. For simplification we made a list with the frequent problems you can mark down below.

Please fill out the fault report first:

 Always busy (normal, slow busy tone)
 Fast busy
 Announcement: "We're sorry the number you've dialed is invalid...".
 The connection has bad quality. Crack and rasp on the line.
 Interruption during the call
 Too long waiting time until connection
 The line is mute
 Your dialog partner cannot understand you or vice versa
 Announcement: Service or service attribute not possible
 Wrong connection
